Its efficiency in luminescence and energy saving is much higher than that of traditional lighting fixtures.

However, when faced with choices, people become a little blind. That is, should we buy LED lamp beads or LED patch lamps? Let's analyze which process is most suitable for us from several aspects.

LED lamp beads and LED veneers are just different in the production process. LED lamp beads belong to DIP plug-ins, and LED patches refer to SMD patch technology. The grade of patches is slightly higher, but its luminous area is large. If the design is reasonable, there is almost no dark area. Because the patch is firmly soldered to the aluminum substrate, it has super heat dissipation performance. And it can be bent at will according to the shape of the object that fixes the lamp.

Disadvantages: The patch is pasted on the aluminum substrate with special materials, and then after reflow soldering, the LED patch can be firmly soldered on the aluminum substrate. This special material is not only conductive but also can conduct heat. Therefore, when there is a problem with the patch lamp, it is almost impossible to repair it at home. As long as there is a problem, it needs to be returned to the factory for repair; secondly, the distance between the soldering point of the patch and the chip of the patch is very close. When using ordinary electric soldering irons for repair and soldering, its heat can easily burn the chip.

The lighting brightness of LED lamp beads is very high. This kind of lamp bead is the best choice for solar streetlights with ultra-high brightness and ultra-low energy consumption. If there is a problem with individual lamp beads of the purchased LED lamp, buy a few lamp beads online or in the local lighting city, and you can fix it yourself at home with an electric soldering iron in just a few minutes.

Disadvantages: Compared with the SMD process, its irradiation range is relatively small, especially when installed on LED bulbs, there will be many dark areas, and the heat dissipation of the lamp beads is low. When the LED lamp beads are welded to the aluminum substrate, thermal grease needs to be applied under the lamp bead chip, and the aluminum substrate is connected through thermal grease to dissipate heat. This heat dissipation effect is relatively poor. In comparison, the probability of chip burning is greater.
