Working principle of vacuum dryer:
The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is classified as a moving bed drying equipment in terms of material processing method. It is an energy-efficient, intermittently operated device. The machine adopts the method of conduction heating to remove the liquid in the material in the structural design. Under vacuum, a higher drying rate is obtained at a lower temperature. The vacuum operation is performed in the rotating tank body, so that the material exchanges energy through the conduction heat of the container jacket wall and the thermal motion of the gas molecules formed by the vacuum in the container, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency. The material is constantly turned up and down, inside and outside, and the heating surface is changed. At the same time, water vapor is continuously pumped away through the vacuum pump through the exhaust pipe, which speeds up the material drying rate and finally achieves the purpose of uniform drying.
